Venue Open House : what would u wear??

Are you taking the dance lessons? Then something you can move in, but still feel dressy.

If not, I think the custom polo idea is fine.

I'm from a very, very casual place, so anything more than a t-shirt and jeans would be dressing up and might be considered over-doing it.

I'd wear a nice top with a cute pair shoes & jeans for sure. A polo shirt is something I have to wear to work :/ ..& I work at Home Depot [catch my drift here]. I'm not sure why you'd wear a polo though anyway.

Lol i know that ! lol but i mean like should i just wear a dressed up top with jeans or like dressy carpis or what?? like that type of clothes im talking about here.

I think when I went to the open house at the venue I ended up picking I wore khakis with a nice shirt but people were in everything. It's a "comfy" upscale place though, so it probably also depends on whether the place you're looking at is a barn or a ballroom! I'd wear something that reflects the venue (within reason - no ballgowns needed ) - I'd rather be too dressy than under-dressed.

It's not dinner with the Queen. Jeans and a top are fine.

I guess its going to be my polo shirit that i designed myself with either flared or skinny jeans & some nice heels

Lucinda Lucinda Lucinda its just an open house no need to think so much about it. Look presentable you want to make a good impression but you don't need to stress. Pick a nice well fitting top and a dark pair of jeans and a nice sandal throw on a bit of makeup (if you chose) and make sure your hair is well groomed and that's it.
