Venue in Myrtle/pawleys Island/murrells Inlet area?!?

I am looking for an affordable venue, it could be unique and untraditional even, that includes either or a combination of oak trees w/ Spanish moss, marsh views and/or ocean. We are ok with ceremony and reception at the same location (almost prefer it). Many places are VERY pricey. It is a small wedding, about 75-100 (or maybe even closer to 50-75) so we don't need anything huge. Any suggestions or ideas?!

    I am starting to consider Hot Fish Club or possibly The Inlet Sports Lodge. Does anyone have any experience using these venues or attending events at them? I have eaten at Hot Fish Club several times.
