Veils are too expensive

The veil that I really want to go with my dress is $300 ugggggghhhhh. My dress was only a $800. It's a cathedral length veil, but I can't see myself paying that much for a thin piece of fabric. Has anyone order a veil from an online site/china Like etsy, jjs, ebay, amazon etc??

    I am seriously mad at myself for paying so much for the veil and the belt...I wonder will Davids let me return them...

    I ordered my veil from ourstorybridal.com and it was $99 and it was made out of Italian tulle so not some cheapo material! I think they also have long cathedral ones for cheaper. Definitely check them out!! https://www.ourstorybridal.com/shop

    Wow this post just saved me $$$ - just submitted my order on amazon for a veil that looked like one in DB for $100+ less!!! And it has free returns which DB will only do exchanges. Thanks Wedding Wire Community!

    I ordered 2 from eBay, the first one was white and I needed ivory. Both were ok quality, but to wear for 30 minutes dragging across the ground it was okay. Then I gave away the white one.

    Then I got a different dress... And needed white. I ordered a different one from jjs house and one from wish. Again both are fine.

    I would also try Ali Express, they have good products for extremely cheap prices but it may take a minute for it to arrive (like a month if you don’t pay for shipping). Also, look for bridal consignment shops as well.

    I seen cute ones on Amazon with great reviews for really good prices. I agree, the ones in bridal stores are ridiculous!

    Making the perfect veil is so easy if you are remotely creative and internet savvy. I looked up tutorials and I made my own after seeing how much they cost (this veil needs to be ironed out and gemstones added still) and I wanted a flower crown which were expensive premade so I made that too. heres mine:
