Veils are too expensive

The veil that I really want to go with my dress is $300 ugggggghhhhh. My dress was only a $800. It's a cathedral length veil, but I can't see myself paying that much for a thin piece of fabric. Has anyone order a veil from an online site/china Like etsy, jjs, ebay, amazon etc??

    I bought a lace cathedral veil that went with my dress. I couldn’t picture my dress without the veil and didn’t think I could order it online. It was pricey though.

    So my veil finally came. I ordered it on ebay. The picture on ebay looked just like yours, but when i get it the embellishments were not silver. It was like white on white. It's sooooooooo plain. It was only $16.99, so I guess I got what I paid for. I will spend a little more money and get one off of etsy

    My veil is being gifted to me by a fellow bride, that had it gifted to her. But my fsil bought hers on wish it is a cathedral length veil and is beautiful and was only like 5 dollars.

    I agree with the PP who said to try to find it on Poshmark or someplace similar. We're honestly just making my veil, but I want a plain drop veil, so it's literally just chopping and trimming a piece of fabric.

    I agree with buying one from another shop cheaper...however my bridal appointment was at David's & I got the dress & veil both from Ebay with tags for 1/2 the price of David's...
