Unique ceremony ideas!!

So I’m just getting around to working with our officiant about the ceremony!! He asked if we wanted anything special included! I would love to have some sort of visual representation or symbolism of some kind! However, I’m not super excited about the idea of a candle lighting or sand ceremony. I have considered a hand fasting ceremony but am unsure. We are a religious (Christians couple so those ideas would appreciated as well!! Does anyone have any unique ceremony ideas? What did you do?

We’re planning to do something like this with 3 chords (symbolizing Husband, Wife, and God). However, we’ll probably have to make one ourselves because most of the ones I see are more rustic in style. But our home and personal style is more modern/contemporary.

We did a unity cross. Not what is shown above. You can get it at hobby lobby. Also you could look into the laso and coins some traditions have.

We did a ring blessing where our wedding bands were passed around and blessed by our guests. We also did a reverse unity candle lighting ceremony where after we lit the unity candle we started the chain of having our guests' candles lit.

It would be lovely to have something extra special at your ceremony.
The previous posters have shared some fantastic ideas! I personally like the unity braid as it's something you can have in your home forever afterward!
Do you like any of those? Did the officiant have any ideas for you also?
