Transportation logistics-help!!!

I am having trouble figuring out how to get all of our decor and other belongings to and from our venue. Our venue will not allow us to bring anything ahead of time or leave it overnight, and no one in the bridal party plans on driving, because we’ll ride there together and most plan on drinking at the reception and taking Uber’s home. I’m not sure how to figure out the logistics of getting decor and gifts to and from the venue if no one will have a car. anyone else have a good solution for this?

    Do you have a family member that would be happy to help? I know my FMIL & FSIL would Be very excited to help bring all the decor to the venue! Have you asked any of your Bridesmaid or maid of honor if they can help you?

    We plan to ask our parents if they are willing to help, my moms husband doesn’t drink at all and FH’s family aren’t big drinkers. We’re also going to be suggesting people carpool to the location, but family will most likely drive themselves.

    Will your venue allow you to leave a car in their parking lot over night? Someone can put all of the decor into the car at the end of the night, Uber home, and then come get it the next day. That’s what we are doing most likely.

    Have you ever heard of task rabbit? It’s an app you can use to hire someone to do whatever you need done.

    I agree with the lady suggesting task rabbit. I didnt know this app exists, but you need to hire someone with a larger vehicle to drive this stuff there.

    If they'll let you leave a car parked overnight, you could even rent a van/U-Haul depending on how much you have. Do you have a Day Of Coordinator? If so, they should be able to help get things to and from the venue.
