Never too early to start planning! Get excited! Go get your dream dress! I would hold off on sending invitations since it is still over a year away. Your guests will not know what they have going on that far in advance and may neglect to note your date.
Depending on where your wedding is. its never too early to start planning! If it means you can have a few months of down time before a ton of last minute details need to be worked out, I'd say start getting vendors lined up now (: Enjoy!!

You are so right I'm happy too that I have my venue and I have my dress my bridesmaids dresses are coming in. I have bought the decor bouquet mine and then making the bridesmaids bouquets and0 ou boundaries for the men. Now I am directing my attention to others areas like food drinks, save the dates and then later on the invitations. To be sent out in February
You can always send out save the dates and invites out couple months before that what I did last year.. plus I had everything plan and paid off bye December.. Getting Married this year . If you don’t go up and down on weight you can look for a dress.. I got my last October.. Any questions I’m happy to help.. Good luck in planning.. I love planning weddings

She's right I had failed to mention that to you getting your vendors are definitely important with canceled wedding. They are gobbling them up I'm putting a deposit down on my photographers before the end of the month. Then pay more on my other vendors then by September to have our cake design mapped out. Now is good time to start planning
We're getting married October 2022 and I thought it was too early until I started contacting venues just out of curiosity and realized how quickly everything is booking up! We will be making a final venue decision within the coming week and I feel like I really have to start booking other things already as well based on how busy the venues have been!
Better early then late mine is 9/18/22 i started looking for places to do invitations getting ideas of dresses but nothing bought yet.. the only thing i have set is the venue
Figure out what you want your wedding day to look like and start to do your research. You may want to contact your vendors and try to lock them in early, it will save your money!
My wedding is September 3rd next year! I actually JUST found my dress a few weeks ago. I wasn’t planning on it that early but it just randomly happened and I’m so happy + relieved to check it off! They did say there are some dress ordering delays so the typical 4-6 month wait for orders is now 5-7 months. I also just got my pictures done for Save the Dates and plan to send them out ASAP! It’s definitely a good time to get things started in my opinion. This will give more time for people to plan. I feel less overwhelmed getting things out of the way slowly vs. crash planning. Good luck!!
With COVID, We had trouble finding a venue either available or affordable. We’ve booked our venue, caterer, and bartending, just to be safe. My wedding is 9/10/22! Congrats!! 💜
Definitely start planning! Only because things are booking up for next year. We got an Alaska airlines credit card and are using it to pay deposits. There’s some promo going on if you spend 2k within the first three months you get an extra 43,000 miles so we will be using that for our honeymoon or wherever! We have our venue, makeup/hair, catering, DJ, and photography booked! Currently pregnant so won’t be trying dresses on until January when I’m (hopefully) back in shape!
We started looking for venues but haven’t booked it yet. Otherwise everything is on hold. Thinking Aug/Sept 2022 for our wedding but depends when the venue has openings.
My wedding is 9/3/2022 - I already have my venue, photographer, caterer, band, florist, and day-of-coordinator, and my dress! I've been hearing that vendors are booking up because of the "Covid brides" so I wanted to get everything ready ASAP! I've been looking for stationary for Save the Dates and Invitations, but likely won't send those out until 6-8 months prior to the wedding. However, I have been letting my close friends and family know about the date and location so that they can plan!
Hi! I am a September 17,2022 bride! I have a DJ, photographer, venue, bridal party, and my dress already! I think getting some of this stuff done early has helped me feel not so overwhelmed yet!
I don’t think it’s too early at all! My wedding is on 9/17/22. And I’ve already booked my venue, photographer, videographer, DJ, Cater. And I’m going to try on dresses the end of this month. It’s better to plan now because I noticed all the prices are going up. And I have saved so much planning & booking stuff early.
