Are you bringing a purse/clutch to your wedding? I know I won't be holding onto anything but my lipstick that will probably be thrown down my dress...I normally would use any excuse or opportunity to shop but it's crunch time and money is tight! what are your plans ladies???

I rarely ever carry a purse on a normal day, let alone my wedding day. I will just have my Mom or MIL carry my phone and whatever else I need in theirs Smiley smile

I will carry a clutch. I cant live without my purses or handbags. I will just have my MOH keep it until I need it, knowing me Im going to need it for sure! Do whatever you feel makes you comfortable on your special day.

I had a purse. I didn't carry it during the ceremony. However, I left it in a conference room at the synagogue so I'd have it before and after. Some things I carried in it:

    1. Cash to pay the hair and make-up person and the photographer.

    2. Credit cards in case we needed to get gas along the way from the accommodations to the ceremony to the reception and back to the accommodations.

    3. Gift cards to pay the restaurant where we had the reception luncheon.

    4. My cell phone to get any last-minute questions from guests, to receive congratulatory messages from friends not able to be there, and to post our status to Facebook right after the ceremony.

    5. Reading glasses that I couldn't wear while driving, but wanted to have handy so I could put them on to read the vows, etc.

I am not carrying a purse or a clutch. My ceremony and reception are both in the same place. I think i would get annoyed carrying it everywhere with me.

I plan on having a clutch filled with a few necessities, gum, chapstick, bandaids, etc. I probably won't be the one carrying it or keeping tabs on it. I'll ask my MOH to kindly be sure its at my seat at the reception

I am high maintenance when it comes to bags. I don't leave home w/out my small luggage. However, my wedding day was diff. I kept a small bag under the HT. It contained the usual touch up items that I could bring to the ladies rm w/ me. I kept my ciggies, lighter, breath mints & lip stick in a smaller case that I kept on the deck of our venue.

Cate has a bridal purse, which is also known in our culture as the "loot bag". She is stashing a lipstick in it but it is really for cards. The old folks don't like to put envelopes in a cage or card box.

I also bought her a small clutch to have her immediate necessities in.

Last but not least, I have a carry on bag that contains a solution for anything that could possibly go wrong. It is the "emergency luggage" lolol. It will stay in the bride's lounge. It has Hayley's list &d then some because I included stuff for the BMs. I also made one for the groom. It is his emergency kit.

No purse. The ceremony and reception is at the same place so everything would be left at the bridal suite.
