Tipping at All-inclusive Destination Wedding

Our wedding is just 2 weeks away and I just realized that we had not even talked about tips for the people working our wedding. It is at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. I know we should tip the people that work, but what is an appropriate amount? Our wedding package includes everything except photography so I have no clue how much each individual service costs to base it off of that. We will have a wedding coordinator, dj, bar tender, servers, hair and makeup, officiant and photographer.

Has anyone had their wedding at an all inclusive like this? Who did you tip and how much?

YAY to another DW Mexico bride we're a few months away yet, but we included tips in our budget (as we always do for our AI vacations too). Here's what we budgeted, but it may change...

DJ - $50
WC - $50-100 (depending on service)
Staff - $200 (depending on # of staff, service, etc)
Photographer - $200 (2 shooters)
Salon - $50

ETA - we usually tip for good service at AI. We tend to tip the maid $5/day, the minibar $5/day, and pool service is usually $10-20/day. For meals it depends on service - usually $20/meal for restaurants and $5-10 for buffets.

Thanks! We had talked about and budgeted for tips for the resort staff during our stay so that will be taken care of as well. I'm not sure how we overlooked the wedding staff. But, we were underbudget in a lot of the other things, so we do have plenty left to cover the extra tips.
