I've been told numerous times that I resemble Audrey Hepburn and am leaning towards having my hair up high ala Breakfast at Tiffany's with a tiara.

Tacky? I don't know.

Not a fan. To me, they make a wedding dress look dated. I much prefer sparkly hair clips, combs, or head bands.

ETA - yes, that pic you posted with the bun wrap is far better than a tiara.

    I don't personally enjoy tiaras.

That being said, if YOU like it, is is YOUR day! I like the bun wrap or even a headband.

Wear a tiara. This is something that will make you happy and has literally no bearing on guest experience.

My cousin wore a tiara and looked like the Statue of Liberty. I can't post a picture cause, ya know - what if she knows it's her or something. But I'm team no tiara but if you want to wear one, go for it! It's your head lol you make the decision! Smiley smile

I wouldn't say tacky is the right word. Juvenile, yes. Over the top, yes. I wouldn't wear one if you paid me to but everyone has their own styles. If you want one, go for it!

Wear ittttt!!! I was actually thinking about wearing something like that because I've seen so many bridal pics with girls wearing them. And they look so pretty.

I'm not personally a fan of tiaras, but as long as you give me (as a guest) good food, good drinks, and a place to sit, I'm not thinking of anything else Smiley smile

Definitely not tacky, I think they're more kid-ish. But if you really want one do it.

I think this is the only time, you probably could get away with wearing a tiara. I say go for it!

Wearing or not wearing a tiara will not affect the way you host your guests. So if you want to wear one than I think you should.

@semakiah that's a false statement. There are many things one can do that can be considered tacky or rude. However, wearing a tiara isn't one of them. As long as you're not asking your guests to go into their pockets for anything and they're all fed properly.
