I'm kinda a low-key, feminine gal.. I love girly things but not sappy. I don't do over-the-top girly, lace and pink stuff. But I have this overwhelming urge to wear a freakin tiara on my wedding day. Like, I want to have that thing on my head right now lol I've been told numerous times that I...

I've been told numerous times that I resemble Audrey Hepburn and am leaning towards having my hair up high ala Breakfast at Tiffany's with a tiara.

Tacky? I don't know.

Unless you're a princess then I don't see the point. Haven't seen one on someone thats actually looked good. But you do you. It's your day.

Tiaras? Tacky? That's up to you. I've seen plenty of fake flower bouquets zip tied and applauded on this site, so take that into consideration when you read the responses to your desire to wear a tiara on you wedding day. Go for it, sweetheart. If that's what you want, knock it out of the park. With the right styling, they look lovely.

It's not uncommon to wear a tiara. Personally, I wouldn't because I'd feel kinda childish mainly because I know a girl who was obsessed with Disney princesses and wore a tiara to feel like one for her wedding. I personally thought it was weird, but if you like it and have the urge then I say do what makes you happy. I never thought of breakfast at tiffanys when I imagined a tiara before so that definitely puts a different spin on it.

If that makes you feel like a beautiful bride, go for it! There a lot of bridal things that I am not a fan of, but when I see a bride, all I notice is how happy and confident she is - not whether she is wearing a dress shape I don't like or has a tiara on her head. Rock what makes you feel good!

I am considering wearing one because I think it would look great with my princess ball gown. I say wear whatever you feel beautiful in.

    Tacky or not tacky

will always be another's opinion, so if wearing a tiara on one of the biggest days of your life is going to make you happy, I say do you boo!

I am still on the fence, but I tend to wear a tiara any chance I get and frankly IDGAF what people think, if I think it works!

You do you. As long as people have food, booze and a good time

OH! Pretty bun wrap! Or a ribbon headband with crystals on it would be pretty too,

Tiaras are not my thing, and I don't particularly care for them on other brides. But this is one of the few things that you get to do your way. Are your guests fed and hosted properly? Has everyone's comfort been taken into consideration? Great! Wear whatever you want on your head!

I, personally, cringe when I see grown women wearing tiaras. But, then I think "not my tiara not my problem" .. wear whatever you friggin want.

Go for it! I wore one for my first wedding and loved it. Now my nieces play bride with it and I love their faces.

I'm not a fan of tiaras. That said you can do whatever you want. What makes you happy shouldn't bother anyone else. They make you look like you're trying to be a princess. But I'm sure you'll make a beautiful bride no matter what! Do you!
