I already bought mine! I know, impulsive. But I only did it because "its" name is Diana, which is my mom's name. and the company is my grandma's name - Jean M!

And it's the best one I've seen so far (for my taste) so I'm excited!! =D

My comment ran away for some reason. But I was saying that I think tiaras are great, if you have a princess style dress and the ceremony is formal. I picked a rhinestone headband so I could have the sparkle but have it be a little simpler.

Tiaras and princess dresses... two things that pretty much HAVE to go together! Smiley smile I'm having a very princess-y dress and I already have my tiara!

I'm doing rhinestone-headed bobby pins and my hair style will basically BE crown-like with my hair in little twists to make kind of a corona (see: https://www.weddingwire.com/wedding/UserMyInspirationBoard?bid=c589b8c78508fd8c )

If I were wearing a full-length dress, I would TOTALLY be wearing a tiara. Smiley laugh

I don't think they are outdated...but I do feel that they look best on younger brides..but that's just my opinion. I'll be wearing flowers in my hair for my wedding. I feel too old for a tiara. But I have requested a tiara for my bridal shower and bachelorette party. Smiley smile

They arent outdated at all especially with a princess dress. I wore a headband that gave me enough sparkle but a tiara is definately still in style.

Tiara for sure!! Already have mine, now I'm trying to find jewelry to go with it cause it definitely outshines what I originally had picked out. FH kinda rolled his eyes when I told him how much I paid for it but he knows how much it means to me and I promised I would get use out - i acn always wearing it around the house after while I'm cleaning, LOL!

I sell renaissance circlets, crowns and tiara. When a customer at faire asks "Other than here, where would I wear it?" I simply reply, "Anywhere you want!"

I am still undecided on if I am wearing a tiara or a headband. I like the look and my mom thinks I ought to but I think headbands are a little more comfortable.
