Things you wish you had done

I wish I hadn’t stressed about all the little things. People don’t really care about all the little things that brides stress about. I also wish I had taken more time to relax before the wedding so I wasn’t so tired. And lastly I wish I had asked for a little more help with my planning.

Argued about my hair more. Day of, I was stressing out about the time, and she was also doing hair and makeup for my mom and sister. I wish I'd stood up for how my hair was falling, because it was basically a droopy mess by the time we got to the ceremony. It was such a pain. Also try to wear your shoes for a whole hour or more - if they hurt now, they'll hurt on the day. I should've just worn my tennis shoes.

I wish i designated more time for photos. i thought i did but it went so fast and there were all these poses and photos i didn't get to do

I wish I had taken the hint about my family earlier, and just invited friends I couldn't fit into the original guest list.

Our guest list was about 140, nearly 30 of which was my family. My mother's side no longer talks to me (over the invitations, actually), so that was 30 friends we could have asked.

Its so hard to take a stand and not feel pressured by others. We have to remember its our day!!!
