How do you plan on doing the first photo?

I've done similar for Halloween decorations and time out bottles, and they always look cool. The most common way is water, clear glue and glitter. If that's how you want to do it, keep in mind though that the stuff settles and has to be shaken up every few minutes.

What, exactly, does a "Interview with the Vampire" wedding theme entail? Is it just that decor, or are you doing other things?

Side note- if you're going to be using the actual movie title anywhere, it's interview with the vampire, not a vampire.

I am going to use lots of velvet, black lace, goblets, lots of candles, globes and pewter bowls. I was told by one bride that you turn anything into "pewter" by spray painting the bowl, candle holder, plate or whatever in either grey or silver. Someone said something about using taxidermy but I'm too sure about using dead, stuffed animals as decorations for my wedding. I just feel like it would be a little creepy.

Love it! It looks like you pretty much nailed it. I would suggest though maybe some candelabras. Hobby lobby has 3 armed black ones on sale. I’ve seen them in person and they are very good quality. The coffin ring case I mean come on it’s adorbale. I don’t know what you had planned for the ceremony but the black lanterns with red candles are very pretty.

I plan on making a few things such as candy apples and such for the peeps to much while dinner is being prepared. I guess that's why I included a pic of a candy bar. I want to do something like the photos of the couple in the cemetery for my engagement photos with Justin. I think they'd be some really good pics. So please, tell me what you think so far.

I was trying to find a good diy tutorial for the candelabras. But I've not been able to find one. So I guess I'll be making a trip to Hobby Lobby for some candelabras. It's probably the best bet anway. I don't want to take the chance of one falling apart with lite candles in it and burning my venue to the ground. As for the ring box, planned on doing exactly that for our weeding rings. But I'm going to make a ring bearer's pillow for the box to be placed on, that way there won't be any mishaps. For the table setting, my favorites are 1) the black different size candle holders w/ flameless pillar candles and roses at bottom and 2) upside down wine glass with red votive on top and red rose inside glass (the upside down look is odd, seductively disturbing. Like Berlioz "Symphonie Fantastique" odd). Both of these looks are strikingly elegant.

It can help in a themed event to carry certain colors and/or motifs throughout. You got the colors. I love the look of the black lace table runner and napkins (the black lace candles seem too matchy matchy though)! A black lace aisle runner would tie in beautifully and be so unique. I can't remember if you said what the gentlemen may wear but a black lace pocket square may be another good tie-in (or red satin). The Victorian dresses sound divine, but you'll make them???? Sounds like a lot of work. Another option for your bridesmaids would be black lace dresses (or black lace and chiffon, perhaps with a corset-style waist). Probably not quite right but open your imagination...

But if you plan to wear black, then I'd need to rethink. Can you post some inspiration dress pics? Really need to see what you might wear before deciding on BMs.

Love the chalice with the hanging red crystals (especially if you use pewter elsewhere) or the etched champagne flutes with red roses--totally get the red/rose tie-in and the etched swirls tie-in with the lace black.

Not sure about the arch yet. Freakin' love the last one with red fabric and rose petals on the floor. Buuut...need to see your venue first. I prefer using natural beauty or interesting venue architecture that doesn't need much dolling up; too much decor feels contrived/artificial and can quickly feel cheesy with an offbeat theme.
