We just started our registry and our wedding isn’t til the end of August. We have already started receiving gifts in the mail. When do you send thank you s? Do you send them out as you get the gifts or all at once after the wedding? Or does it matter? Not sure the etiquette on this.

You send them as you receive the gifts.

As Kelly said, you want to send them out as you get the gifts. A. It informs the gift giver that you recieved their gift. B. It's a lot easier to write 1 or 2 as they come in and stay on top of it instead of facing 100 cards all at once.

Hey Kendall! It’s so exciting that you have already started receiving gifts! As the pp’s mentioned, you can send a thank you note as you receive the gift. Don’t forget to keep a list of thank you’s that you have sent so you don’t send one now and another in August!
