Thank you notes

You would send a thank you note for the gift now. Another thank you if they bring a gift or card to the wedding. If they give you nothing at the wedding you don’t need to send a thank you just for attending.

The usual is how Kelly mention. I didn’t do the usual. I send thank you cards after our shower and then after our wedding to all attendees, even to those that didn’t gift us at the wedding. We also send thank you notes to those who gifted us but didn’t attend. The reason I did it is because I had a destination wedding so I was grateful and wanted to express it to each of them.
You don’t have to send it to all but if you feel someone went out of the way to help and not gave you another present a thank you card is always a nice gesture.

I will be doing separate. My shower was June 13 and I sent the thank yous shortly after. I will be sending than yous after my wedding on September 28 as well

I would send thank you cards for everything! You can never say thank you too much, in my opinion

We sent thank you notes as we received gifts, until the wedding month. Then I just wrote down what they gifted and am sending it after the wedding (now).
