Thank You notes

If your wedding was canceled and tentatively rescheduled, what do you write in thank you notes? Looking forward to celebrating with you soon? Everyone has been asking about our new date but with a potential 2nd wave this fall, we truly don’t know when we’ll get married. I need to get the cards out...just not sure what to write since we were canceled days prior to our wedding in March.

I think "looking forward to celebrating with you soon" is the perfect verbiage.

We were canceled in March days before our wedding so we had received gifts and cards. The Tuesday afternoon before our Saturday wedding, the Gov mandated no large groups...or greater than 10. We delivered all of our flowers to our vendors and friends since the local nursing homes wouldn’t accept them. Thankfully the cake hadn’t been baked yet! But we picked up the surprise Birthday donuts - we were getting married on fiancé’s Birthday.
