Thank you note message

Yes, it's not like they're going to compare them.

Ours were all fairly similar. If someone was a groomsmen/bridesmaid/parent, we obviously added another thank you or if they did something extra special (personalized gift, etc.), or if they attended another wedding event we mentioned that to. But for money gifts from people that attended the wedding and that's it, they were all pretty similar.

I tried to personalize them a bit but most just came out as a "thanks for the generous gift, it will come in handy as we begin our married life together."

All the ones I wrote more or less followed the same template, with extra lines about a specific memory of them from our wedding day or plans regarding the next time we'll see them. 😊

Ours were all pretty similar and basic for money, unless it was someone special we wanted to address or if they gave us a large amount. For each gift we wrote something different though.

Yes aha that's what I did. I think at the end of the day it's going to be similar anyway because there's only so many ways to say the same sentiment
