Thank You Gifts

Hey! What are you doing for thank you gifts? And what are your budgets for them?
For my bridesmaids, I'm budgeting around $100 per bridesmaid. But that includes bachlorette and wedding thank yous.

I need to discuss usher thank yous with my fiance. His sister is an usher, so we need to figure out if she's getting a wine glass or a mug.

But then things get tricky.
Do I get my guest book attendant/s a thank you? And then what? It needs to be fairly small as the wedding is in Illinois, and they will have to travel back home to Oregon and Tennessee.

Then the kids.
I have two ring bearers. They will be ages 4 & 6. They are brothers. Our go to is Legos. Because we like Legos. But how much should we spend per child?

Our flower girls are twins who will be just shy of age 3. Once again, we're thinking Legos. But can we get them different sets so theyll have more variety to play with?

Basically, I'm trying to figure out how much to spend per child. We are buying their outfits for the wedding, but kids don't really care about that.

My cousin is also escorting the flower girls down the aisle. Should I also get her something, or does covering the cost of flower girl attire seem like enough?

I would give at least a small gift to everyone involved in your wedding, including the guest book attendants. Maybe you could do something like a Starbucks gift card for the guest book attendant and the cousin who is escorting the flower girls?

Different sets of Legos for the kids sounds like a great idea. I have literally no idea how much Legos are, but I think $15-$20 per kiddo is plenty.

I'm thinking about getting my mom a nice bag and my dad a wallet as thank you gifts. My sister in law is the officiant and we have a kate spade outlet that has really good prices, so i'm thinking of getting her a nice crossbody.

For the kids I would just do some toys like you mentioned!

Bridesmaids are getting a monogrammed black canvas bag with their robes, jewelry, glitter tumbler, lip scrub, and at home facial in it.

We got the groomsmen flasks with their face on it (really funny) and then a leather toiletry bag with a diy hangover kit inside.

Agreed- legos are a great gift. Our ring bearers are brothers ages 9 and 4 and their gifts will be ties for the wedding. Our flower girl is 4 and her gift will be a flower crown for the wedding. In addition to their real gifts, we're making each of the kids goody bags will small toys and activities from the Dollar Tree and Target's dollar section.

My ring bearer is 7 and loves cars. I'm getting him a custom made car with his name on it. My flower girl is 4. I am getting her a little bracelet with her name on it. My greeter is 10 and he will get a gift card to gamestop's. My bridesmaid I spent 100 total. They are each getting the stress candle from bath and body works, a tshirt for the day of, flip flops for during the reception and a monogrammed tote bag.

First picture is for bridesmaids, and I spent about $30 - $40 each so $60 - $80 total.

Second is for flower girl, hers was about the same as bridesmaids maybe a little less. She is sassy and wears bold colors on her toes so we got her nail polish to match the wedding color because she is too young for a make up bag.

Third is ring barrer, his cup will be his favorite color, and filled with his favorite candy (parents permission) and on the other side will say Officer ***** I spent about $20 for his.

Lastly the groomsmen will all be getting whiskey glasses that are about $10 each.

I’ve gotten thank you gifts for my MOH (and my fiancé got one for his best man) and the couple who is letting us use their boat for the ceremony. I am also probably going to get a gift for the officiant.
