Tent décor...help

My venue is a mansion with a tent covered porch. The mansion is stunning. The gardens are stunning. The inside of the tent is not. I imagine greens and string lights covering the ugly poles to make it look like an extension of the garden. What kind of vendor handles that? I found a DJ service that has a million other things within the group that would do exactly this, but the decorator never responded back with pricing after we met. I loved the plan, but now I don’t want to work with that person. I don’t know what to do!

Thanks!

I'm sure there's a bunch of other services and vendors that do uplifting where they have beautiful drapes and decor that'll decorate for you. It also sounds like something you could diy yourself

Agreed, you can totally DIY it! Pinterest has amazing ideas! But, if that's not something you're into, then just look into it..... Decorating services for wedding near (whatever area) on google!

You can probably google tent rental companies and they’d have decor and then you can call around and ask if they’d decorate even if it’s not their tent, you can ask for tent liners or draping. It does get a bit costly but looks gorgeous. You also can google event decorators. We are also having our wedding at a mansion that’s been turned into a museum. We are having a rented reception and are going with tent draping and some up lighting along with some chandeliers.

Hi there Catherine!
I'm happy you've found a venue you love!
Have you checked out the Wedding Rentals and/or Wedding Decor & Lighting sections of the WeddingWire vendor directory? You may find a company who would handle decorating the tent there!
You can search by location, reach out directly to vendors to see if this is something they would do and get some pricing information!
Where is the venue?
