I am thinking to add epaulettes like that too! Still searching for a design that fits my dress, if not I would leave it as is. However, since your dress is plain satin, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s like 2 styles classing though.

For me personally, I would go with a really detailed necklace that incorporates some of the elements of the pearl sleeves. I definitely see what you're saying that with a sleek, elegant dress like that, it does give you some flexibility in adding intricate details! For me personally, I imagine those types of sleeves more on a strapless dress, rather than one with straps. I've included pictures of how I envision sleeves versus some necklaces that may accomplish a similar objective!
