The pic labeled #1 is a mock up of my centerpieces. Added pic 2 just so you could see everything better on the tablecloth and table runner (I am not using the pink milk jars).

Now, Im trying to decide on which plates to use. Which plates do you think go best? I love them all and can't decide.

The tablecloths are ivory.

Also, any suggestions of what color cloth napkins I should use?

Oh man that's hard aha. It's kind of hard to imagine without seeing the plates in the pics. But my vote goes for B or D

I vote for either b or d. They are both pretty and will stand put against the ivory tablecloth and lace runner.

I would have the plates in ivory and the cloth napkins in whatever colour your table runner is. Keeping those colours simple will let your centerpiece flowers stand out more.

I like either A or D for the plates. I think if you do pink plates, do ivory napkins and if you do ivory plates do pink napkins

My personal favorite is Option D! I think the color would pair nicely with your table setting
