Symbolic Wedding in Positano/capri, Italy?

My husband & I were recently married in the US & just moved to Europe. I'd like to do a symbolic ceremony from April to early July, so somewhat flexible. It's important to have our ceremony overlooking the water. Since we will not have guests, at the least I'd love for us to share a dinner on a terrace with maybe a violinist and be able to share a dance.

Has anyone planned a wedding in either Positano, Capri or the Amalfi Coast? I am open to hiring a wedding planner, but I do have the time to plan it myself since it would just be the two of us. I would love recommendations or venues & vendors! I have been to Positano & Capri 3 years ago, but in September, so I am flexible on my dates, but sunshine is a requirement of course! My budget is fairly flexible, but I do not see the need to spend close to $10,000 for just the two of us....so perhaps under that?

Are you wanting someone to ‘officiate’? A photographer? Videographer?

Amalfi Coast was one of the stops on our honeymoon through Italy last year. We stayed in a wonderful Airbnb in Praiano overlooking the water. I will say the most romantic meal we had was in the restaurant at Le Sirenuse hotel. It is lit by candles, decorated with lovely flowers, has a stunning view and had a mandolin and guitar duo walking around serenading everyone. The night we ate there there was another couple in their wedding outfits (gown and tux). And our table neighbors were also eating there in celebration of their honeymoon. 😊 May be worth checking out having a meal or staying there. https://sirenuse.it/en
