Oh no! I caught this last week and was over the worst after 24 hours, praying it's the same for you!

If you can keep it down, get some pedialyte to help keep hydrated, that will work even better than water!

Stay hydrated and sleep! These things tend to be over in 24 hours. I would let it run its course until tomorrow and if your stomach is still iffy, try the BRAT diet (Banana, rice, whole apples, tea) which will control diarrhea and replenish your potassium making you feel better. And drink tons of non-caffeinated liquids.

    Take care!

Hope you feel better! Better NOW than ON your wedding day! A friend of mine went to someone's wedding where the bride had it on the wedding day! Poor thing! The way she managed to get through it? An uncle gave her something "special" to smoke when she never had before in her life! :-| I guess desperate times call for desperate measures...

    Oh no!

As the survivor of an undercooked Bogotano street empanada, I second the BRAT diet. Also add Gatorade, Pedialyte, plenty of water, and ginger ale with Saltines. Also, avoid using Imodium or other anti-diarrheals. The best thing you can do is let diarrhea run its course, grody as it is, because it's your body's way of getting rid of the disease.

Most importantly, rest! Sleep for as long as you possibly can.
