South Jersey Wedding Venue Help

My fiancé and I have been looking at venues for a few months now and we are having trouble finding ones that will host a small wedding of about 50-60 people. Most we find want at least 100 for a Friday evening wedding. We really want to have a beach ceremony and buffet or plated dinner reception for under 10k (venue/food cost only).


We found one venue in Rehoboth Beach, DE that will allow us to have a 50 person wedding reception for the price we like but it’s very far for a lot of our guests (3-3.5 hour drive).
Does anyone know of any small venues in south Jersey for a beach or bay wedding?
