Amazing Venue
The entire staff was fantastic. They were consistently accommodating, no matter how small the request, and made it easy for us to customize details and last-minute changes without stress. The food and drinks were phenomenal as well, and we are still receiving compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed everything.
We had our ceremony on the sundeck and our reception in the newly renovated penthouse ballroom, and both spaces were breathtaking. The views and sunset created an unforgettable backdrop that made the entire day feel magical.
We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone considering it. We also highly recommend attending the tasting and planning meeting about six months prior. It was incredibly helpful, gave us a chance to try nearly everything on the menu, and answered all of our questions in advance.
Overall, this was truly a 12/10 experience. We honestly wish we could give more than five stars.

The best part of the whole process was Katlyn the wonderful coordinator. From start to finish, she truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive, always available, and answered every question promptly. Her organization and attention to detail made every step of the wedding process feel smooth and stress free. On top of her professionalism, she has an amazing personality that made working with her such a joy. She genuinely cared about our vision and made us feel supported the entire way. We are so grateful for everything she did.

Our wedding coordinator, Katlyn, and her team were absolute stars. They were organized, attentive, and made us feel so special and cared for from start to finish. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and we genuinely felt supported the entire day.
The food was incredible — our guests couldn’t stop raving about it — so a huge thank you to the chef and kitchen team. And we also want to shout out Bill, the manager at our after-party, for providing such excellent service and keeping the night running smoothly.

I have had the opportunity to play at this venue and the staff were truly helpful. The views are breath-taking. If you love the ocean, you need to take a look at this facility.
I have photographed a few times at the Grand Hotel Cape May and always thought they did a lovely job creating a wonderful wedding experience for their couples. This past January, they did something that showed just how above and beyond they go to provide excellent service to their couples. We had an all-out blizzard, and there was a wedding party staying at the hotel. They weren't actually getting married there, they were just staying there. The location where the wedding was supposed to take place had to (for very good reasons of safety) cancel on them two days before. You know how the Grand Hotel handled that? They gave this couple a wedding. On almost no notice. This could have been a disaster for the couple, but The Grand came through and did such an amazing job that the couple has nothing but good memories of their wedding day. It definitely could have gone another way. To cap it all off, at the end of the night when it wasn't safe for the vendors to go home, they put us up without charge. I deal with venues all the time, because I shoot about 60 weddings a year. The Grand Hotel is one of the few that seem to genuinely care for not only their clients, but their vendors as well. I highly recommend them for weddings, events, or just a lovely stay on the water.
