Sleeping with your ring...

I do.

Oh man, I can't sleep with anything but my undies and a tshirt on, so I never wear my ring to sleep. I also take it off as soon as I get home from work (which is usually because I'm in for the night and change into my PJs). I don't wear it to the gym either.

Most of it is because wearing jewelry isn't comfortable for me. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my ring, but not wearing it doesn't make me any less committed or engaged.

Nope! I take it off to sleep, shower, cook, clean, and workout.

I take mine off and put it in a box by my night side table....I know im a crazy sleeper and I'm slightly paranoid something will happen to it....my cat also likes to bite shiny objects in the night, he has stolen my earrings from my night side table many times so I have to make sure it is in the box

I sleep with mine on but sometimes (for some reason) my hand shrinks lol so those nights I take it off...usually about once a week it comes off at night.

I sleep with mine on. I only take it off when washing my hair or the dishes, and when I'm messing with raw meats.

I sleep with mine on. I know a lot of people take theirs off because they're scared of weakening it and losing diamonds, but the jeweler that FH bought my ring from will fix and replace any lost diamonds for free. So I continue to fall asleep while happily staring at my ring

I sleep with mines on as well. If I take it off I will honestly just forget to put it back on.

I was terrified to sleep with mine on at first. Pretty soon, though, I started having weird sad dreams about losing my Fiancé when I wasn't wearing it. Ha! So now I sleep with it on and haven't had any problems. I think it's fine to do either!

I actually take mine off nightly and use a ring holder because I sleep with my face resting on my hand and it's a little uncomfy having it pressed into my cheek.

I NEVER take mine off. There are times I probably should but don't.

I Never take it off either... im bad with jewelry... i will lose or misplace jewelry in a hot second... im not willing to risk losing this beautiful ring!

I sleep with it every night and take it off for working out and anything water-related: shower, pool, beach

I take mine off to shower, when I'm cooking certain meals,& I don't sleep with mine on because my fingers swell at night & I also have eczema on my ring finger so with those 2 alone it can get pretty uncomfortable

I sleep with mine on. I don't shower it clean with it on though. My hands swell a little in the humidity in summer so there might be some nights when I take it off but otherwise it's always on when I sleep

I almost never take my ring off. I feel naked without it now. I am too worried that I'll lose it if I take it off.

I leave my ring on at night. I take my ring off when I shower or put lotion on my hands.
