SHOULD I WEAR COLORED SHOES OR GO WITH PLAIN IVORY?

If you want to wear iviry then wear ivory! I chose ivory shoes because that is the color of my dress. My BM's are wearing yellow shoes but I thought yelloe would look strange under my ivory dress. So go with what YOU want

Do whatever makes you happy. Honestly, I think people make too big of deal about shoes. Big dresses cover them up, and for beach weddings and informal weddings in general they get kicked off.

You should do whatever you like. I personally like the look of colored shoes but if ivory is your thing then go for it.

It's up to you.. I personally love it.. my colors are brown and green, but I'm looking to find red, blue, or hot pink shoes.. It's just fun to me!

It's totally your decision. If you like the ivory shoes then do the ivory shoes. This is your vision not your friends. When she gets married she can wear colored shoes! :-)

Do what makes you happy. I personally think colored shoes add personality and are great for photos. I'm going to be wearing hot pink and black leapard print heels at mjine. But, it's your day, so do what makes you happy =)

I chose high heeled ankle strapped Royal BLUE glittered sandals and I love them, cuz they represent me and who I am.....

Wearing ivory is actually a more classic look. Until quite recently, it was quite uncommon for brides to wear colored shoes. Go for what you want!

I like the look of colored shoes, but I can find a fierce pair of Ivory shoes as well. I just think blue shoes under an ivory dress will look weird. I will have to see how it looks. My dress will probably cover the shoes anyway!

I went barefoot for the ceremony and majority pof the pics, and then put on my 7.99 discounted 2 year old flip flops. AFTER I bought 45 dollar flats from Dessy that were a pain.

I'm wearing colored shoes, mostly because I know I will spend quite a bit of money to have comfortable shoes to wear all night and I want to be able to wear them again. I HIGHLY doubt I will ever wear ivory shoes again, but that is just me. If you want ivory shoes for your day, then that is what you should do.

A lot of brides are wearing colored shoes, but that doesn't mean that wearing ivory is lame. It just means that brides are doing their own thing. If your thing is ivory, go for it. You can tell your sister that colored shoes are just a trend and will be a cliche in a couple of years. I may very well wear some fun colored shoes, but I realize that looking back, it may look trendy and dated in photos.

Im wearing black ones and my moh wore red ones in her wedding I personally prefer colored shoes but bridal ivory shoes are beautiful as well wear what you like and what you think is beautiful everyone has an opinion on what you should wear

I think ivory is a classy look, you can't go wrong with ivory, colors would work too, but it is entirely upto you. The bridal party could wear colored shoes and you could wear ivory
