Would you be forfeiting any deposits with vendors if they're not available on your new date? Even if not, it might be difficult to find new ones on short notice. But if your focus is budget, just go courthouse for ceremony and a restaurant or park reception for as few guests as you can. Cutting guest list is the easiest way to keep budget down because every guest is another plate of food you're paying for.

Before making a decision, I too would advise you to see if your vendors can move to the new date, and if not, how much money you would be loosing on deposits.

As the PP mentioned you could always have an intimate ceremony followed by a restaurant before baby arrives, and keep your date next year for a vow renewal and bigger celebration!
