We are having a long engagement about 22 months total. My fiance proposed in November 2017 and we wanted to take some time to just be engaged and enjoy that phase of our lives. We also decided that we did not want to start planning out wedding right around the holidays. We started planning in the early spring 2018 and are getting married September 2019.
