13 months for me--longer than I think is necessary, but plenty of time to plan with less stress. 5 months to go now, and I hope they fly by!

Long, and it seems like forever! not intentional to have such a long engagement but since we both are highly involved in football at all levels we didn't want to stress last season or this so adding extra time to plan and make sure we're well outside of playoff range and before spring ball for our actual wedding and honeymoon

Super Long... It’ll be exactly 33 months and 14 days on our wedding day (almost 3 years!). On our defense, I’m in med school and couldn’t do it before 😂

Super long!!! xD We got engaged June of 2017 and we will be getting married fall of 2020. My fiance has been in nursing school so I really wanted him to have the chance to finish before wedding planning got started. He now graduates after this summer!! His degree is SO much harder than mine so I wanted him to be able to fully focas on graduating. I'm going for business. We decided to take turns him first then me. I also like to take my time and not be rushed so it will be over 3 years by the time we actually get married

I guess pretty short, we were engaged Aug 1 2018, and the wedding will be June 15 2019. We didn't really start planning anything until Nov 2018. I'm happy with the length of the engagement!

We gave ourselves a 14 month engagement. At the time, it seemed like forever and now that we're less than 2 months away, I feel like it wasn't even close to enough time!!
