Short brides, show me your wedding dresses

NotFroofy is 5'1". She lost a bit of embroidery at the bottom of her dress when it was hemmed.

You guys, 5'4" is the average height of American women . . . It's not really "short". . .

I'm about 5'3", and compared to most of the women in my family and social circles, I am Short. This is from my last fitting (you can see the pinning in the bust area). 7" hem. Thankfully, there was no detail lost at the bottom.

I am about 5'8" and I am hoping the dress will not require much hemming. The sample was a 16 so it was way small on me. Wearing flats for sure though

A LOT of designers have petite versions of dresses, so look for that!

I'm not really short so I won't show you a picture, that won't help you..

This is my dress and it will have a different sash. Like a few others on here, I ordered the petite version. I don't have to hem it if I wear 3.5 - 4 inch heels. Princess dresses were too poofy on me and I felt like I got lost in them too.
