Decided after work today I'd go by our local shoe store to get an idea of what size heels I'd need. I know one pair I tried on when I got my dress was a 5.5, but all shoes fit different. I had no intention of buying shoes today(just like when I got my dress). But after putting them on and feeling how comfortable they were I couldn't pass them up. Especially since they're the last in my size and style. I would have never imagined wearing these type of heels since I go more for a chunky heel or wedge on the rare occasion I do wear heels(umm hardly ever!!)

Ignore my ugly feet I'm in desperate need of a pedi! Plus I'm sure scrubs don't go well with my shoes. 😂🤣😂🤣

Ohhh I love those!!! I have some knee length otter socks that look real and ones that say my significant otter. I'm bringing both pair with me so I can get pics of me in my dress with my socks on. I got them the night my FH proposed after getting to feed and pet otters.

So cute! My FH is a big Green Lantern fan, so part of his groom's gift is a pair of socks. I may wear my high top Ravenclaw socks as well for an additional touch of nerdom.

I chose TOMS for my shoes. I cant wear heels and they are super comfy. Also bonus!! I was able to customize them to our wedding theme!

I might see if I can find some Mega Man, Final Fantasy, or Batman socks. I'd really like to find some from our very first video game we played Guild Wars 2. They have these little creatures on there called quaggans and they are so cute! He bought us matching quaggin mugs last year. This year I pre-ordered some quaggan plushies and they were delivered a few days after my birthday.

Thank you! We are having a modified elopement (planned but our parents only). So probably not much dancing. Our wedding ceremony with pictures is only 30 minutes. But I want to go get some pretty pictures after our wedding at one of the look outs in Gatlinburg.

Yep! It will be next summer before we have our reception. The kids will be out of school and we will have his oldest son for the summer. Going to rent a picnic shelter or something at a local park and grill some hamburgers and hotdogs and everyone bring a side dish. Plus we will have cake!!!

We’re all wearing chucks converse, wedding party included. the girls are wearing white ones and the boys black and white. i’m wearing black and white and my FH is wearing all black.
