My fiancé surprised me completely! Two of my best friends (who are dating as well) were home for Christmas so me and her had planned to get our nails done and hang out until meeting our SO at the casino for dinner, then an early New Years fireworks display at Niagara Falls. So my friend is taking our pictures and then when I try to take hers she won’t let me; and I turn to him and he has his hands in his pockets and I start to get suspicious. He surprised the crap out of me and I almost punched him because I thought he was lying lol 😂. Love this kid ❤️

My fiancé and I were on vacation in Peru visiting Machu Picchu. I had no idea it was coming. We made it to the iconic look out spot and started posing for pictures.. next thing I knew he was down on one knee. It took me a few seconds to figure out what was going on but once I did OMG!! It was amazing. I happen to love octopus and he even had the ring box custom made. It was all so special. We even saw a double rainbow after the proposal. He tries to take credit for that too haha

On January 5th, 2018 we bought our first house. We went to the house to make sure that everything was off of vacation mode and to pick up something that the sellers had left for us as a gift. FH told me that we had to be quick because his friends were going to be meeting us back at our apartment to help pack up a few boxes so that we could be prepared for the move.

We walk outside and I see our friends car. I looked at him funny and asked why his friends were here, honestly confused because I had 0 clue what was going on haha. Anyway, I immediately became focused on getting a picture next to the sold sign to celebrate our milestone as homeowners!

FH kept tugging at my arm saying that he had been "waiting for this moment all day" and me being me I said "me too!" (I was thinking he was saying he had been waiting all day to take a picture next to the sold sign with me lol)

I just kind of brushed passed him and eventually he had to grab me by the arm on the sidewalk and decided to propose right there!

Turns out our friends videotaped the entire thing. It's the funniest video ever because at first it looks like I'm denying him until you see the shock on my face when I realize he's proposing! Haha.

We went on a camping trip for Christmas.

We booked a yurt at my favorite camping site in the next state over to stay for a few days.

Christmas Eve we stayed up late by the fire just enjoying each other’s company and the winter air on our faces. After going to sleep in the yurt I woke up at 4am to go to the bathroom.

When I stepped outside I noticed our truck was open and ransacked. Someone had went into our yurt as we slept, took our keys then robbed our truck! It was really a sh!?;5 thing to do.

Still, no one was hurt and I was determined to enjoy the rest of the trip but my boyfriend was very upset insisting on making a police report. He pouted half the day while we went to the beach and lighthouse. I felt he was over reacting over a small robbery, not knowing that he had a ring hiding in the truck for this trip.

I went to get something out of the truck and noticed a grocery bag with a small box in it. As I grabbed it to investigate my boyfriend grabbed it from me smiling ear to ear and said he needed to take me somewhere right now.

S o we go on this long walk in the woods and end up at the bottom of this amazing waterfall. I set my camera on self timer mode to get a shot of us in front of the waterfall. That’s when he drops to his knee and propped with the box I found in the truck in front of a small group of bystanders.

T he person that robbed us early that Christmas morning didn’t realize what was in the box when he tossed that bag into the back seat ransacking our truck. I’m grateful for that-because now I have this perfect moment in my memories.

Also so had I known I wouldn’t have been wearing my saggy butt sweats 🤣🤣🤣

George proposed on the day we closed on our first home together. We went to view our home on closing day (My 1st time seeing the home in person. I totally trusted him). I knew we had invited about 15 people over to hep pray over our home and celebrate with a small cake and punch. To my surprise it ended up being like 40ish of our Nashville family and friends (we’re from Memphis). Before everyone left we thanked everybody for coming and prayed. Right after prayer, George told everybody that he had gotten me a little gift to seal the moment. He had gotten a friend of ours to paint “Two souls with but a single thought, two hearts that beat as one” on a canvas. I turned around to read it and when I turned around he was on one and everybody started screaming and yelling “yeah!!!”. Needless to say I said yes and found out my mom was on FaceTime the entire time!! What and AMAZING NIGHT!!

He took me to go see the Christmas lights and we stopped at the gazebo for what I thought was a picture but then he got down on one knee and pulled out the ring ❤

My heart sank when I was reading this thinking the thief stole the ring! I'm so happy that the ring was safe and Thank God he didn't really look inside that bag! Beautiful pictures!

On Christmas Eve 2018 we were at his moms house and all the family was there and he’s like well let’s go outside I got something to show you! So we went outside and so did everyone else! He started to say I love you and you know I love you with all my heart and I wanna take the next step in our relationship, we turn on the light and it lighted up will you marry me? I was just so speechless when he asked me! I just love this man with all my heart!

A day I am never going to forget. He took me to Napa Valley, CA with his mom to show me wine country. (He's a HUGE wine connoisseur) I was not sure I would enjoy my time there, as we were doing nothing BUT wine tasting. Long story short - I loved it! (not only because he proposed) On a side note; he was not going to propose on this trip. I found this out after he proposed, obviously.

He told NO ONE! We were with his mom, and a another couple that were close friends of ours. We were on our third winery for the day (Barnett Vineyards) and we are all having a great time. Sipping on porch pounders, while having a sandwich we purchased from a local market. At the end of our experience at this winery we wanted to take a picture with the views! THEY WERE INCREDIBLE.

After we were done taking pictures my FH asked to take just one more picture. At this time i am thinking to myself. "This is really odd. I can never get him interested in taking to many pictures." So we took one more picture, I am totally distracted at this point with everything going on, and having a conversation with my friend. I turn to see Ryan on one knee asking me "Kaleigh Parscal, Will you marry me?" PEOPLE I did not think this was going to happen for another two years! So, here i am in COMPLETE shock. He eventually said "Well, you have to say yes!" I finally said yes! and the rest of the trip was history!

I Said YES!
