    I just went through this last week with alterations. I bouht several and you could see all of them through my dress. So make sure it is seamless but really I think it depends on the dress. I'm not wearing a bra but bought nipple covers and they also lift the chest. You have options and I definitely bought them all but make sure it's suitable for your dress or wait til alterations.
