Dedicated September 2020

Sept 4 2020 wedding still going forward

Tonilynn, on April 23, 2020 at 5:40 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 7
Just saw Vegas plans on opening by August (not getting married there just saying) and Vice President pence said he thinks this will all pass by memorial day weekend! Who knows .. so much uncertainty but my FH said he doesn’t even know why I would think we weren’t going to have our wedding in sept! He is hopeful and I’m hesitant to get excited due to us already having to postpone from May to Sept. I’m terrified to get excited or even get anything with our date on it! I have to buy a new ring box with the new date. I also want to buy a hanger and eventually our cake topper which will have the dates on it lol I’m terrified !! Anyone else??

We were supposed to be getting married in two weeks!! We rescheduled for October and have no intentions of postponing again. At this point, if people decide they can make it, great, but if not, we don’t want to go through the trouble of rescheduling again. We are getting married in Pennsylvania, so hopefully by end of summer they ease down on limitations!

Where did you see that about Vegas?

I think September might be okay, I would keep being hopeful as well! But as previous PP said, I wouldn't get anything with dates yet. Maybe find the items you want to order and see how long it takes to be made and shipped to you and order closer to your wedding date!

Yes. I’m terrified too. My wedding is September 26,2020 and lately with all the news, I been so anxious. Some people tell me I still have time and others tell me that I should reschedule my wedding for later on. I’m holding off a little longer and hoping that this will be over by June. Good luck!! Wishing you the best!!!

My date is 9/5 and we're holding tight on that. most people seem to think it'll be fine by then. I also don't have people traveling far, out of 150 people only 4 would need to drive or fly and they're still on the east coast everyone else is within an hour
