Seating Chart is Done! Two weeks until the wedding

Final attendance numbers are in. Seating chart is put together. Just need to tape these frames together so we can reuse the frames after the wedding.
What wedding tasks are you completing this weekend?

What size are the frames? I am trying to figure out how to do my seating chart and maybe I can use some smaller ones that I have? I am stumped at the moment. Haha.

Are you doing a seating chart as well as individual table cards?

I would honestly super glue them together not tape them id be worried it would come apart on the wedding day and then you can use it as a colage frame maybe with pics from the wedding

mehan those look like 4x6 frames you can get them at dollar tree or order bulk packs on amazon and walmart could spray paint or hand paint them to match your wedding colors

These are 4x6 frames. I bought them in bulk from Michael’s. I’m sure they have some smaller frames.

This is a great idea and I think I have a frame that is already done like this that I could use! Thank you for this idea.

I assigned tables in groups of people who knew each other: work friends together, law school classmates together, parents friends together, etc. If we ended up with two or three empty seats at a table, we just plugged in single guests. Everyone switches tables after dinner anyway because they’ve made new friends or they’re dancing.
