Seating chart for big wedding

I know we are doing a seating chart for our wedding. We will likely have 20-25 tables. Most cute ideas I’ve seen for charts have been for 10-15 tables. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make or get one for that many?! Pictures a bonus

our wedding will be in a remodeled barn.

I just printed out a giant board with everyone's name by alphabetical order. I had 25 tables too

I think if you want to do a board you should do two different boards and then sit them up in slightly different spots. Like one on the left and one on the right, so that there's not as many people crowding around one spot for a long time

This is what I’ll be doing for 20-25 tables. Just a tri fold mirror and then listing them alphabetically by last name. Easier to find their name quickly instead of looking table by table. 👌

I think escort cards work better when you have that many people. People are able to find their name since they're in alphabetical order so this will prevent bottlenecking around the place they get their table assignment. This will also be easier for you to prepare and change if you have last minute changes.

Girl I'm in the same boat! So far we have 400 guest coming. Thinking of not doing seating charts except for the bridal party and parents tables.
