I am at a loss. I cant find a single venue in SD/OC/LA/VC that meets the bulk of our needs. Can someone please help?
We LOVED Green Gables in San Marcos because it was all inclusive for a great price and it had the garden feel I love and want but was tented and temp controlled so our guests wouldn't get cold in the January chill. However, their bar was limited to 3 alcohols for 4.5 hours and we both come from traditional Italian families so we need flexibility to have cordials along side the bar not in replace of. Additionally, we plan to get married in a church at 2pm so we would like to have our event from 4-10 pm so we need the bar available for 5.5 hours and they have zero flexibility for that.
Does anyone have any venue recommendation they could share that would meet our main needs? I feel like I have looked EVERYWHERE!

Open bar for 5.5 hours with a variety alcohol option
Eclectic/historic feel with lots of natural light
Budget of $25K
