Katie, on March 23, 2020 at 10:39 PM Posted in Planning 0 3
Hi there!
My wedding is in 6 months and I have no idea how to break down the schedule. We have from 10am-9pm. What do y’all think? TIA! ♥️

I Guess You Should Start With What Time Of The Day You Want Your Ceremony To Start, And Then Plan Around That. Since It's A Sunday I'd Suggest Having it Earlier In The Day So That Your Reception Won't Last To Long Into The Night And Guests Can Get To Work The Next Day If They Have To.

What I did was work backwards at first. How long will it take you and your girls to get ready and how much time you need for pictures.
We are taking first look pictures at 130pm and our ceremony starts at 5pm buy my girls and I are getting ready at 9am.

Hi Katie, how is your schedule making going?

Is everything happening at one venue? Does the venue need any time to make any changovers? Does the venue need time to set up in the morning? Do you need time at the end of the day to clean up before the venue closes?
