Riviera Maya All Inclusives with best food and beach

Cheryl, on June 14, 2019 at 10:58 AM Posted in Honeymoon 1 5
We’re planning our upcoming honeymoon and have decided on the Riviera Maya area in Mexico in November! We’re looking for suggestions on all inclusives in the area. Our priorities are good food, good service, and a swimmable beach (warm water, no current). I would also like to know if you have any recommendations with regard to options for rooms that have direct or almost direct beach access (the dream would be an over the water bungalow, but this is out of our budget). Please let me know your suggestions! Thank you!

Ocean Maya Royale or Ocean Riviera Paradise El Beso. They are both adults only and have beach front and/or swim up rooms/suites. I went a few years ago and the beach had no current or huge waves and the water was warm. The pools were also super nice and clean. They have party pools and quiet pools depending on what you are in the mood for, both with swim up bars. Food was good and the service was excellent, I love the people in Mexico. I have traveled to a good amount of international countries and always say the people in Mexico are super sweet and some of the best people I have ever met.

We are going to Unico 2087 in Riviera Maya in August and it has excellent reviews!!! It's adults only, the food and drinks are raved about and each room has a local host who helps you throughout your stay (very much like a butler service).
We booked through Costco travel and got our flights, room, and transfers for a very reasonable price!

They also have a lot of their spa services and excursions at an "included price" if you are a guest you only pay 25% of the listed fee for a large selection of the services! Check them out on trip adviser or they have a hashtag on instagram #myunicoexperience and you can see a lot of real life posts of people staying!

    Hi there Cheryl!

Riviera Maya will be amazing for your honeymoon!

A community member asked a similar question last year. Check out some resort recommendations here - Riviera Maya, Mexico.

How long do you plan on going for?

    Hi Cheryl,

I may be late but I would suggest El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya, Mexico. They are a part of 3 resorts and 2 of them are adults only. You are welcome to go to all 3 resorts during your stay. I picked this place to have my destination wedding next year October.
