Restroom Basket? What do you put in it? My venue says I should have one?

chocolategirl, on May 25, 2010 at 1:00 PM Posted in Planning 0 28

Are you providing a "rest room" basket? What goes in there? stuff for the wedding or more stuff like gum... let me know, that way I can figure out if I need to spend my momney on this

    You ladies are the best, IDK how I could get thru all this planning without you. I just figured I should know what goes in it and didn't wanna ask the venue lol

    I have never even heard of this. My reception is in a hotel/spa and I'm sure the bathrooms will be available to the whole public staying in the hotel. Do I need to worry about this? This sounds more like emergency stuff to have on hand, which I am going to have for the bridal party, etc.

    This was one of the things I was most excited to do for the wedding!!!

    I wonder why your venue said not to have one??

    Just to clairify for some of you;

    this is not for the bridal party or the bride and groom. This goes in the restrooms for ALL of the guests to use. Of course, you will have separate ones for yourself. Smiley smile

    I'll probably do one, but just with the basics. I've never been to a wedding that had one, and I didn't miss it. But I also usually come prepared. For me, bandaids are a must for dancing!!
