Rehearsal Dinner (Lancaster PA brides, where are you?)

Hey yall!! We're workin on finding a place for our rehearsal dinner. I'm curious, how many people are you having? What type of meal are you serving? What's the budget??

We're expecting 20-24 (depending if some of the singles bring dates). I'm not sure what exactly to budget for the dinner party.

Any Lancaster, PA brides have any good tips about where to hold it?

Are you close to Shady Maple? Not sure the prices but I know they do events/large parties.

FH wants to do shady maple because our rehearsal happens to fall on his birthday (Shady maple always does a free meal on your birthday). Our rehearsal site is about 45 minutes away from there so I vetoed that decision based on convenience for our bridal party.

Hey Kelly! The Pressroom is also at the top of our list. I'm so excited to have found another Lancaster bride. What are the details of your wedding? Vendors? We are getting married at the Marriott. I have most of our vendors booked so if you need any advice please feel free to ask!!

Hey Kelly- just wanted to let you know we've decided on The Pressroom. Greenfield Inn is great too, but Pressroom is so convenient to our location. Have you decided on yours yet?

@Kelly the Cork Factory is amazing! We looked at that as well. We are in Reading but pretty close. We're getting married at the Goggleworks- so excited!

Hey all! My fiancé and i are in the process of trying to decide on a spot for our rehearsal dinner as well. We will be more like 30 people or so. Everyone is from out of town including us so we are going based off Recommendations. It was between The Pressroom, Luca, Greenfield and The Lancaster Brewing Company!

my fiancé really loves the vibes of the LBC. I’ve eaten at the Pressroom but haven’t been to the others.

im struggling on which one to decide on! With our headcount i think it’ll be expensive no matter what. What did you guys end up going with? Any suggestions or experiences we should know about?! Also, how far out did you book your rehearsal dinner?
