Reception Timeline

Following because I'm stuck with creating our timeline as well!

So we are having a band and they basically made a draft timeline for us. Our ceremony is at a church so I apologize for not including that info. Our cocktail hour is actually an hour and a half so keep that in mind.

5:30pm COCKTAIL HOUR BAND TO PLAY- Jazz6:50pm COCKTAIL HOUR BAND TO RELOCATE TO RECEPTION AREA

RECEPTION: 7:00pm - 11:30 pm
7:00pm BAND TO PLAY- Guests Filter In7:15pm MC TO ANNOUNCE BRIDAL PARTY7:30pm Sorbet pre course 7:50pm BAND BREAK - BAND TO DJ ALL MUSIC IN BREAKS
8:15pm: Pasta served
8:20pm Toasts - Order TBA - Please Specify
8:30pm BAND TO PLAY - 9:15pm BAND BREAK - BAND TO DJ9:15-9:30pm: MAIN COURSE
9:30pm BAND TO PLAY10:20pm BAND BREAK - BAND TO DJ
10:30pm Bouquet/Garter?11:00pm CAKE CUTTING11:30pm FINISH

I always advise couples that the best way to go about building your timeline is starting at the end, or with any concrete times, and working your way backward!
