    We're from Maryland and we loveeeeee seafood so our whole cocktail hour is mainly seafood lol!

    BBQ for us! Pulled pork, pulled chicken, Mac n cheese, green beans, buns and sauce!! Total for 100 people is $550 with drop off. Still might add a few apps but We’re undecided.

    We’re having teriyaki glazed meatballs, spinach artichoke dip on crostini and a charcuterie board for apps and three stations of street tacos with shrimp, carnitas and chicken, artisan pizzas and Michigan cherry brats.

    We are doing the entire meal as apps and hors d'oeuvres. We will have greek meatballs, chicken skewers, taco wontons, and smoked salmon crostinis for the proteins, We also have potato puffs, mac and cheese balls, caprese skewers, spinach dip tartlettes, and vegan options with mushrooms and avocado. We chose a total of 18 different dishes to make sure everyone can find something they like.

    We are doing a taco bar! Authentic street tacos with rice and beans and sliced limes 🥰 My dad has offered to also smoke a brisket for those who want brisket tacos as well. For cocktail hour we will do an assortment of salsas and chips.
