Hi all! We’re getting married on St. Patrick’s Day and were thinking about corned beef and cabbage. Then we decided to save that idea for any of the family and friends that will be coming back to our house for an “after party”. So, we’re having:
Irish Nachos (appetizer)
Tri-tip/Chicken
Nana Fern’s Baked Beans (his family recipe)
Irish Potato Salad
green salad
rolls
cake

I’m really enjoying all the other ideas that everyone else has come up with.

We had Baked 🍗, Rosdt Beef, Green Beans, Rice, Gravy, Rolls (purchased bags of 36 ct Costco: $5).

Everyone loved the food.

Correction: Roast Beef

Two types of pasta with my fiance's uncles famous pasta sauce, salad and we got a great deal on rolls from Texas Roadhouse!

We still have a lot of time so i am still enjoying my monthly tastings. Right now the Chicken marsala is our top choice. We get 2 meats so I am thinking roast beef with gravy will be the other choice. mashed potatoes, roasted red potatoes, and collard greens
