*Rant, just because i need to get it out...missing invitations*

Sooooooooooo up to this point in my 4 years of living in my condo I have NEVER had an issue with my packages being delivered. I have something delivered at least once a week LOL gotta love amazon prime =P ANYWAYS....so my Save the Dates came...no problem...my bridal shower invites came...no problem...my invites however (that may I add were purchased the same day as the bridal shower invites) were delivered....JUST NOT TO ME...I now have an ongoing investigation case with the postal service (USPS) to see who may have received my packages, or where the courier actually delivered them to. I am super stressed and upset...first time I EVER have an issue with packages its my wedding invites and RSVPs....WHAT LUCK RIGHT? Patiently waiting on the post office to call me back after the courier comes back from her route this afternoon.

    Who did you purchase them from? If it was a big company, reach out to them! They may replace them for you if the post office isn't able to locate them!

    Thank you! I have gotten everything from Zazzle, never had any issues before. If they post office has no answers today I will call them and see what they can do....That's way too much money to just disappear =( Thanks ladies. I am keeping my fingers crossed they call me saying she just forgot to give us the key to the parcel box or something.

    I would definitely contact Zazzle then! I work for a medium size company and we ship products out daily, and until the product reaches our customers doors, it is on us. So if it is lost in transit, etc... we re-send. It is not the customers fault!

    Oof, fingers crossed! We've had our share of mail difficulties at our apartment, but fortunately none of the wedding related things have been an issue. At one point I was seriously considering having everything shipped to one of our parents' houses because I was worried about something like that happening.

    Definitely call zazzle!!! I used to live in an apartment where nothing was ever delivered correctly and I would always reach out to both usps and the store. 90% of the time the store would cover the cost. Good luck!!!!

    We’ve had lots of issues with mail being misdelivered in our subdivision, but we have awesome neighbors who tend to bring stuff to us and we do the same. Hopefully if it was put in someone else’s box they’ll return it to the post office or bring it to you! I would be so frustrated too, but I’m sure the company will make it right if it can’t be found.     Thanks ladies!!!!!!! yeah this is the first time ever, like I said I've never had a package delivery problem. I have contacted Zazzle via email at this point bc I am currently at work and unable to make a phone call in case I need to assist someone here. Hopefully I will hear something from someone soon.

    So update ladies....I contacted Zazzle. They were great, they are replacing them for free and sending them via their own courier to insure I get them. I explained that I had an investigation with the post office and that they state it was in the parcel box. They said that either way if they find them they will still send me a whole new order for the inconvenience. They really came through. Fingers crossed these get delivered as well. That makes me really happy that they will replace when its not any fault of mine. Smiley smile Thank you all for that suggestion.

    Just a little tip, you can sign up on USPS's website to get "pictures" & notifications of incoming mail/packages to your e-mail. I did this prior to receiving my RSVP cards back and it was super helpful (as I live in a condo also and can sometimes have mail go missing) to know what to expect.

    Looks like the post office found it! They put the key in the wrong persons box, luckily that person hadn't checked their mail yet. But the poor girl got in trouble, that's not what I wanted to happen =( I just wanted to know where the key was and if they were delivered.

    I would reach out to Zazzle and let them know that your order says delivered, but you didn't receive them. They might be able to get answers quicker from the postal service.

    This exact thing literally just happened to me!!! With invites from Zazzle too! My neighbor received them lol. Luckily he brought them over the next day but I had already contacted Zazzle and USPS. I was very impressed with Zazzle’s customer service, as it sounds like you were! So glad you got it resolved

    Whenever this happens to me, I check with my neighbors first. 9 times out of 10, one of my neighbors has received my package, or I have received theirs. It happens.

    So glad that Zazzle took care of you!!
