rain date help!!

Ok so we are getting married outside and in the invite i wanna put something stating that if it is a rain date then the cerm will be at the hall.... idk how to word it... this is the last thing i need to do for my invites please helppp

    Are they at the same location? If so, I don't think it would be necessary to put anything on the actual invites. I guess it depends on the venue but usually people can kinda figure out if the wedding moved to due weather. Or, you could put some information about it on your wedding website if you'd like!

    The cerm would be at the venue... and i live in mass and all we have had is rain so i just wanna cover my tracks and not alot of people know that the cerm is outside

    I think you could spread the news by word of mouth if it rains.

    You could put something on a card inside your invitations that says something like "Should our date arrive with rainshowers, our ceremony will be held at ___________. Please check our wedding website for updates, or call ___________" Or something along those lines.

    "If unforseeable circumstances inhibit our ability to have our ceremony outdoors it will be moved to ..."
