Question for those who invited the president and other celebrities?

Well I need RSVP cards back from those I invited because I need a head count and their meal choice. So I have to send them out with the invites

I have all my guests on excel and will export them to Avery in MS Word so I can make labels. There's too many people for me to hand write it

We didn't invite celebrities or the president but my husband really wanted to invite the actress who plays Abby on NCIS.

I would handwrite them and I would include the RSVP card. They may not attend but they or someone on their behalf may respond back to you.

It would be my luck that I'd invite The Rock and he'd actually show up.

I did....It's a seal and send invite so I didn't have a choice really.

You know I always forget about this. I would do everything the same. As if you were inviting someone you actually know.

We plan on inviting the former President and his wife and the current Commandant of the USMC if the truth be told but no celebs. Yes I will include RSVP cards and yes the envelope will be hand written - I might ask my MOH to do those one though - she can do Caligraphy.

http://www.fanmail.biz/ is the celebrity address "database." I should think that most things get processed through their agent or publicist. You can search by name or by category. search for your favorite actor or singer.

I used Vistaprint for my invitations sent out to the celebs. I did not include an RSVP card - it was a simple wedding invitation with the standard information written on it.

Did anyone actually get any replies back from the invites you sent?

The President's social office will respond.

They send you a letter back, not the RSVP so you don't need to include the RSVP.

I sent one to the President...I did include the reception card, just because there was no sense it keeping an odd card without an invite.
