We had a Day of Coordinator. I loved that I had NOTHING to worry about except being happy and walking down the "aisle" (beach wedding, so .... ) EVERYTHING was well coordinated and things ran super smoothly. The ONLY thing that bugged me was that she put the escort cards in table groups, rather than in alphabetical order (we had put them all in order prior to dropping them off) She took care of all our outside vendors and kept everyone one and everything "on schedule". It was worth every single penny.

Our day of coordinator was amazing!! She literally thought of everything, and handled all situations well. At one point, it seemed like everyone (bridesmaids, parents, vendors, etc) was demanding my attention while I was trying to finish getting ready, which was also preventing me from finishing my last-minute tasks. I didn't realize how much it was stressing me out, until she asked everyone to leave the room to give me 15 minutes to myself. She kept everyone organized, and made sure the wedding party knew where to be and when. In between the ceremony and reception, she setup appetizers and beverages for my husband and I to enjoy in the bridal suite (since we didn't get to attend cocktail hour). She quickly helped me with the buttons on my dress, which otherwise would have taken forever. She took care of the setup and teardown for both the ceremony and reception, and everything looked beautiful! There really isn't anything that she did that I didn't appreciate. I can't believe we initially weren't going to book a day of coordinator - it was 1,000% worth the cost.
